BLOMSTEIN advises ADM in litigation before the Fiscal Court of Hamburg

In a proceeding before the Fiscal Court of Hamburg, the main customs office of Hannover renounced its previous legal position before the oral hearing and fully subscribed to ADM’s view. As a consequence, the legal dispute was declared settled.

The BLOMSTEIN team consisted of Roland M. Stein and Sarah Bayer. BLOMSTEIN regularly advises the ADM Group on customs and excise tax law.
